Clear Creek Hike
10am Saturday, September 18th
Meet up at 25381 Clear Creek Road, Rockbridge, Ohio 43149 (a Sunoco gas station); RSVP appreciated HERE

Clear Creek Metro Park is a Franklin County metro park in Hocking County and has some great trails.  We will be hiking the Fern and Hemlock trails and cooling down on the Creekside trail.   The Hemlock trail in particular has a few very long hill climbs.  Anyone is welcome to join and we will go as slowly and take as many breaks as we need to, but it would behoove anyone interested in joining us to do their best to build themselves up by walking or hiking other trails before going on the trip.  Good trail shoes or hiking boots and water are a must, and bug repellant is recommended.  Jakob will have a case of water with him to share, but attendees should bring their own water.  There will likely NOT be cell service in the park, so, please, sign up beforehand so Jakob knows to expect you, and meet at the meeting point and let him know you’ve arrived prior to proceeding into the park.  Look for a big guy with a ball cap and sunglasses standing in front of a white Toyota; then, we will park at the Fern Picnic Area and enter the trail as a group.
