Thursday, July 6th, 7pm in Aquinas Hall: Frassati Scripture Study: CANCELLED

This event will be cancelled this month due to the fact that Fr. Jerome will be away.

Sunday, July 9th: Beach Day at Alum Creek:  

Bring your Frisbee or volleyball and join the Columbus Frassati Society for a day at the beach!  We’ll meet up by the shelter/changing area and set up our blankets at 1pm.  Please reach out on Facebook if you have trouble finding us.   The park’s address is 3615 S. Thursday, July 13th, 7pm in Aquinas Hall: Continuing Adult Catechesis

After many years of teaching RCIA not to mention everything else, Fr. Boniface Endorf, OP, will begin sharing the fruits of his contemplation in a new adult catechesis series. The second session on July 13th will be entitled “What Has God Told Us.”  The talk will be 50 minutes long followed by a short break and Q&A.  For more information, see the parish bulletin, which can be found here:

Friday, July 14th: Outdoor Movie Night:  
We’ll head to Hilliard Station Park to watch Christmas Vacation.  Let’s meet up at Abner’s Restaurant (4051 Main St, Hilliard, OH 43026) at 7pm before heading over to the movie.  If you can’t meet us at 7, just head over to the park at the corner of Center and Main Street in Hilliard before the movie starts at dusk.  Bring a blanket or lawn chair, and we’ll watch this Christmas classic together! Flicks on the Bricks | Destination Hilliard

Thursday, July 20th, Main Church and St. Patrick Hall: Mass and a Meal

Mass and a Meal is a new Frassati event which we’re holding on Thursday this month. Fr. Jerome will celebrate mass at 7pm and then we will have a potluck-style meal to follow in St. Patrick Hall which will be open at 6:30pm for food drop off. Each month volunteers will contribute to the potluck meal. Please fill out the form below with your RSVP and your potential dish contribution.  Please sign up early so that others know what and how much to bring – especially if you would like to help contribute to the main dish.

Sunday, July 23rd: Outdoor Concert: 

Popgun is performing at Scioto Park as part of the Sundays on the Scioto free concert series.  This will be a fun evening to enjoy the songs of David Bowie, Paul McCartney, Steely Dan and others.  The park is located at 7377 Riverside Drive.  Meet up at the park by the Chief Leatherlips Statue at 6:30pm, and the concert will start at 7.  Bring a lawn chair or a blanket, and be ready to enjoy dinner and dessert from the Paddy Wagon and Jeni’s Splendid ice cream food trucks! https://dublinarts.org/event/sundays-at-scioto-popgun/

Thursday, July 27th: Christ in the City: 7pm in the main church at St. Pat’s

Come adore Our Lord, receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation (when Fr. Jerome has time to give some spiritual direction as well if desired), be uplifted by beautiful Taize chant sung by our choir, and join us for Dominican night prayer.  Refreshments at Claddagh Irish pub to follow.
