Happy New Year everybody!

Sorry about getting this out so late, but here is an update on the Frassati events for this month. We hope you all can make it to the events we have planned!

 

Thursday, January 7, 6:45 PM – Movie Night: Please join us for a movie night at the Arena Grand Theater. We will be seeing the movie Creed followed by drinks and socialization at The Three Legged Mare. We will meet at St. Patrick at 6:30 PM and will either walk or drive over together, depending on the weather. Feel free to meet us at the theater, if you prefer.

 

Thursday, January 14, 7 – 8:30 PM – Apologetics Club: Whether you want to sharpen up your defense of the Faith or simply broaden your understanding of the reasons the Church teaches what she does, the Apologetics Club is an event you won’t want to miss! This parish-sponsored four night series of meetings (every Thursday from 01/14/16 until 02/04/16) is sure to challenge and excite the theologian, armchair theologian, or curiosity within you! All are welcome to come and participate. Invite a friend and then come out with the Columbus Frassati Society afterward for fellowship and fun. 

 

Friday, January 15, 7 PM – Christ in the City: Contemplate the wellspring of Christ’s love through a night of adoration and confession, concluded with Compline (Night Prayer). Feel free to join in singing the contemplative chants with us or to quietly gaze upon Our Lord during this time. We will go out for drinks afterward.

 

Thursday, January 21, 7 – 8:30 PM – Apologetics Club: Join us for the second night in this four night series discussing the defense of our Faith, then go out with us to make new friends or catch up with old ones!
Saturday, January 23 – 1pm –Ice Skating at the Chiller: Join us for Ice Skating at the Chiller (3600 Chiller Ln, Columbus OH, 43219). $11 covers skating time and a rental. For more information, see our Facebook Event.

Thursday, January 28, 7 – 8:30 PM – Apologetics Club: Join us for the third night in this four night series discussing the defense of our Faith, then go out with us to make new friends or catch up with old ones!
