We’re trying a new-to-us twilight kayak opportunity! Park at 6:45, so we are by the river at 7. We’ll be on the water about an hour and finished by 8:30. Park at the Dublin Library, and walk over to the boat launch (see map). This is an out and back trip. Make sure to register in advance for the 7pm paddle, and fill out their waiver ahead of time. This summer, the Columbus Art Museum is hosting “Bar, Art, Music” Thursdays, so let’s check one out! Please meet at the museum’s admission deck at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free after 5 p.m. on Thursdays for this event. We will visit the galleries of the museum first for about an hour, then adjourn to the patio for live music and happy hour in the museum’s garden. Stay as late as you want, but we’ll plan to officially end the night for the Frassati group with an outdoor compline at 8:30 p.m.
Service Event: Backpack Packing at Stowe Mission

We will help out Stowe House with distributing backpacks to children in need as they get ready for the new school year.
Since 1967, Stowe Mission has provided hope, restoration and essential resources to families and individuals facing challenging hardships. The essentials provided there meet critical needs in three areas – hunger, healthcare and education.

Seat of Wisdom

Please join us for the next meeting of Seat of Wisdom We have several seats remaining on a first come, first served basis. Seat is a concept first developed by Catholic young adults in Seattle that aims to gather a small group for a structured discussion on a topic from the world of Catholic arts and letters. This month’s topic is “
Freedom and virtue: the counter-cultural Kingdom.”

Battelle Darby Creek Hike

3711 Gardner Rd, Georgesville, OH 43123)Meet up at the Little Darby Picnic Area to hike the Dyer Mill Trail. The 3 mile (moderate) loop should get us back to start within 90 minutes. If the group wants to explore more, we can head to the Fort Ancient Mounds a few mins down the road.
